Indevia uses “Lean” principles to improve productivity and boost quality. The goal of “Lean” is to simplify processes in order to focus on the activities that best serve the client and eliminate wasteful activities.
We focus on activities that add value to our customers and work to eliminate those that are non-value added. Each step in the bookkeeping process has a certain amount of cost and error, so by getting rid of those steps, both quality and cost improve.
How they Found us
There current webmaster was leaving the company and instead of hiring someone in house again they decided to try and find a company to manage all of their twelve websites and landing pages. They did a search on Google using the search term webmaster services and guess what? WE CAME UP FIRST!
How We Helped Them
They needed immediate help with creating a new landing page for their Subway franchise. Once that was completed we completed work on a seperate landing page for Marco’s Pizza. We also helped them consolidate their online business listings on Google for Business.
