How they Found us
They posted an ad on Craigslist and I was one of the first developers to respond. They had a previous company they used but the response times were not up to par. They need someone that was responsive and had excellent communications skills. Gorilla marketing at its finest!
How We Helped Them
Their old site was very outdated and they had previously used a freelancer for all of their website work. Now freelancing is a great way to find someone cheap however you don’t always get the best quality and then getting support can be a challenge as well. They contracted us to make a few small changes to the site and we got along so well that they hired us to completely redo the site! We created a new WordPress Website and created a new custom theme that was much easier to navigate and just as importantly easy to update. The last site had a bunch of hard coded widgets that were HTML based and very difficult for internal staff to edit.
